Here are some ideas for a man course. Men I am talking to you here, this is where you make your money. Your whole dish is only worth your entrée. The side dish is nice but they don't call it a main course for nothing. Honestly dishes are like the movies, you dont want to miss the previews (side dishes) but the movie is what you came for (entrée) and if it sucks you will want your money back. In your case that pretty lady you're with is gonna want the 15 mins of her life back that you wasted cooking that slop you call food.
